Had a nice ride today at Hagg Lake, about 40 minutes west of Portland. The trail isn't necessarily grueling or difficult, but still left me exhausted. About 14 miles or so around the lake... Definitely a good ride close to Portland.

Nice pics. It looks like it dried up a lot from last weekend when I was there. The trail was a mess and we ended up riding the road around the last 1/3 of the way. It was not a real good experience for the newbie I had with me.

oh you make me miss Portland... i used to ride Hagg Lake about once a month... but since i move in summer 2000 i haven't ridden in the NW at all!

i was hoping maybe you had shots of some of the stairs and other "technical" stuff --- although Hagg isn't realy all that technical in general.

but nice shots anyhow.
