I dig it. It has just the right shape and wispiness for that vintage 19th century look. Not saying he should keep permanently... but it's a nice way to mix it up.

It's not very aero. Though it doesn't look all that bad. I'd like to see the TDF rules changed, requiring that all racers ride a fixie and sport a vandyke.
