SoCal local and Toyota-United rider Jose (Chepe) Manuel Garcia recently won the Mexican National Time Trial Championship. He's already a National champ on the road and on the track, so I know he's excited to add this to his resume.
I got the news of his win from one of his teammates. Chepe is a good guy and very humble, so if he see him around, be sure to congratulate him on his win.

Congratulations to Chepe. Do you know if he's planing on racing in SoCal this year?
Chepe is a great guy! I know him very well as he was on SBW racing team before drafted to Toyota-United, he is unbelievably strong, and was lapping pro-1-2 fields all by himself!
He is very down to earth and very easy going guy!
