I thought I'd post this in a separate thread instead of further hijacking another:
I'd like to install an IRD 11-34 10sp cassette and long cage derailleur to get 1:1 gearing for long hill climbing. Has anybody been able to do this with a Force brifter? I know the cable take-up on SRAM road is completely different from Shimano, so that's out of the question. Apparently, the take-up on SRAM road is also slightly different from SRAM MTB, but is it close enough to work?
