Depends on what spacing you need. VadDessel has them for cheap but only has 130.
Does anybody have experience with those Van Dessel wheels? I'm on my second build and am looking for a wheelset too.

Your LBS can get you the same basic Mavic rim/Suzue flip/flop hub/36 DT spoke wheel Harris Cyclery sells. It is a stock QBP wheel that sells for $100-120. I have one. It is a fine entry level wheel.

I rode them for a season on a van dessel country road bob. I liked them alot, they were really smooth hubs, a bit heavy but that may have been more tire weight than wheel weight, they had wire bead ritcheys that came stock on the bike. Id buy them if I needed hubs/wheels. Ive heard of people having issues with the threads on the hub stripping but I didnt have a problem. you can buy a hubset for roughly the same $ as a rear surly "new" hub too. 3 thumbs up.
