So long story short I have next week off work. So i thought why not bring the GF down south with me for a week and get some surfing mountain biking in. Plan is to go probably as far as SC, then make our way up the east coast. Only plan is to be in NJ by friday/saturday to meet some friends.

So i was wondering where you guys would recomend for some good XC trails to ride. Or if there is any good races on this sunday that we could hit up. So SC, NC, maby georgia....let me know what you guys think.

there really isn't much snow up in the mountains of WV, so you might just check the weather & hit the hills! For trail conditions, you can check www.wvmba.com (http://www.wvmba.com) - go to forums & there are trail reports.

I geuse I should have put a comma in there.

Is there much for MTB in SC? or NC? the surf is going to be good in NC on tuesday/wednesday. So i would like to be in the area.

NC has some great MTB trails. Dupont & Pisgah to name a couple. A few members here are from there I believe.
