Commuting - Fall commute pics

Hello, been a while. :) I'm still commuting, but the novelty has worn off, and I just don't feel the urge to run and post about it every day. :)

On the other hand, I now have a better digital camera, and feel like posting some pics. Anyone else with fall pictures of their route, feel free to add them!

It's dark when I commute in in the morning, so I'll wait for a clear crisp Scottish autumn day and post then (It's like winter now)

Ink, thanks for the reminder to get out and get the colors before they're gone. I have been trying to commute but it gets really frustrating to get ready to leave work and find yet another flat tire. My tire problems have "blown up" since winter, er I mean autumn began.

One think I am finding here is, the weather hasn't continued to get colder. It has gotten warmer. But the wind is really something!

And you're right about the newness wearing off, I love commuting but it isn't as exciting as it was, that I have to share every pedal stroke with one and all.

Love the rolling landscape over there, and looking forward to a visit to a friends in Sharon WI, this spring. She's a cheese head through & through too, but offered home base for some nice rides and I can't wait!!

The fall isn't really as intense over here on the Pacific Northwest coast as most of the rest of the world, but it has been beautiful lately...

Great Pics! The colors are all gone here. 4 days of 50mph winds blew them into North Dakota.

Can't say it's a commute and it doesn't show off the fall colors but my son and I found this on our ride this past weekend.

This one shows some nice leaves but a lot of field. This is Hale Farm & Village down in the valley near the covered bridge!
