My Fellow Oceanians

Long time MTB thrasher just got himself a 2nd hand road bike. It's got Van Werkhoven decals running down the downtube, but no other identifying markings. I've read that VW worked out of Brisbane, but that's about it. Anyone know what model I might have or when it might have been built?

I have no roadie science so I don't know what to look for. Forks are Reynolds 531, the dropouts are labelled Columbus. Paint scheme is yellow fade to blue at the front end. All componentry looks original and is Campagnolo across the board, save the the stem, which is Cinelli. Shifters are on downtube and its a seven speed. Weighs about 20 pounds.

Rides like its on rails. I like it, but I feel we haven't been properly introduced.

Thanks for any info.
