I'd need to find a buyer for my kidney before I can buy the bike, but how about this grip? Almarc? Anyone know where I can track this down?

Almarc was an outfit out of Florida, and they advertised leather products in bike magazines all through the '80s. Don't think they are still in business or distributed anywhere, but there's always eBay ;)
Brooks makes perforated leather bar tape. You may be able to have it died at a shoe shop like one can have bride's maid's shoes died to match their dresses.

Lol. Nice user ID, Poguemahone. I used to know an Irish guy years ago who would say that a lot. :)
