This is a frame to replace my current beater bike, and budget is tight. It's only 150 but I'm not sure if this thing is any good, as most of the other threads on this forum saw the ebay seller which lead me the their website www.leaderbikestore.com so does anyone have any idea if its worth the price. It is relatively cheap.

The 735TR is their track bike. The 720TR is their road-geometry singlespeed.

With horizontal drop outs. I'm asking if its a good frame for a casual fixie for the price.

What? Neither frame has horizontal dropouts. Both have fork-ends.

Anyway, you're in the wrong forum. As was suggested, search over in the Single Speed/Fixed Gear forum. This frame has been talked to death.
