Hey, climbers, climbers I wannabethat, I'm in the latter camp and I'm off at 3:15 for the next 3 mths, doing intervals on the flats with a group on Tues, hills with them on thurs's but I want to mix that up with Npt Coast- Ridgeline/Ridge Park and vice vera on the Ridge. Open to other days too.
I've done NCD repeats a couple of times in the past 4 weeks. Any takers, especially riders that I can at least keep in my sights to spur me to work harder.:D
