I know the Mavic Open Pro / Ultegra combination is very popular and am wonderig if you guys have pictures of you setups. I am looking to pick up a set for my bike and am curious as to how they will look. Thanks

i was actually about to make this very thread... but does anyone have a pic of a black open pro with black spokes???? i think this would look killer on my bike, and its about enough to make me cave on my resistance to them. might as well jump on the band wagon.

I have an ultegra/open pro CD on the front, and an XTR OP CD on the rear.

I guess if you want the simplest answer to the aesthetics... they look like Bicycle Wheels. Nothing exotic and crazy, just the image that you picture in your head from time immemorial. They are just basic, thoroughly engineered objects.

I got the CD surface because it was what was available for quick shipping, but would have gotten the regular as well if it had been as easy a choice on which I could have laid my hands.

Would I be right saying that the Open Pro would be a good choice for a 210# like me?
