So, this is my first attempt at converting one of my bikes. I have read loads of differing opinions on various kits and options and settled on an offering from Cyclone based out of Taiwan. I know this kit is not ideal for everyone but considering shipping costs to my part of the world from North America I figured it was the closest and best option for me. Especially as I am in Taiwan this week on a business trip and can carry it back to Tokyo with me on the plane saving 200 bucks.
I arranged for a local delivery of my kit by Cyclone to the hotel I would be staying at on this particular night, arrived at the hotel with the box handed over upon arrival by hotel staff. All is normal as my usual purchases go. Decide to go out for some dinner and a drink and get back to the hotel room at about 10:30pm when the phone rings a few mins later. It was Cyclone Taiwan ensuring that I had received my kit and everything was in order.
It is rare for me to find these kinds of suppliers, but felt that so many people will yell from the heavens about bad service that I would just throw this out there about this one particular company. It is good for once to know that there are suppliers who will follow up without you having to call them and say, hey where is it, and have them say, here is the weighbill number call up and find it yourself.
Thanks Cyclone.
Now lets see if their kit can haul my butt the 20 miles each way in to work when I am feeling to lazy to use my commuter. :)
