Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - Will I break it..

I saw a great deal on a 2006 Javelin Garda road bike. I'm just worried that at 320lbs, my frame will break it's frame... any experiences.

7005 butted aluminum tubing with integrated headset. Campagnolo Mirage shifting components, and carbon fork.

The frame and fork should be fine. You have to remember that if you ride it regularly then you will become lighter. The issue you will probably have will be with the wheels. You can either ride thoses wheels and see if you have issues and if you do you can get a set of the open pros/Ultegra wheel sets that are bombproof or you can see if the LBS will swap them out for something more reliable. I can't find any info on that model as to what specs it has.

I'd be leary of the carbon fork myself. The frame should be fine. The first thing to go is usually a spoke.

Wheels may be an issue. Since you're running Campagnolo components, the tried and true Ultegra/Open Pro handbuilt wheelset advice won't work. Campy uses a different spline pattern for the freehub/cassette than Shimano. There are Campy hubs that can be built up with 32 and 36 spoke rims, but those aren't as readily available as Shimano. Another option that you to use the Shimano hubs is an American Classic or Wheels Manufacturing conversion cassette, but those aren't cheap either. There is also the Jtek Shiftmate products that alter the cable pull.

Also, Campagnolo won't honor a warranty if you weight more then 70 kg (160 lbs).

Good catch Diesel, I missed that. There are always these. They are a good wheel and they held up to my 310 just fine. A real good price but you may have to act pretty quick.
