I saw this in the Wattage group:

In estimating his average power output for the 30 minute time trial Levi would bet he maintains 395-400 watts.

Yeah, so that's 6.45 W/kg for 30 minutes, after that mountain stage and the breakaway for 2nd

I know it's just what he said, and not data. But still.

So my 4.26 W/kg FTP is like his endurance pace I suppose. To match his 30m W/kg, I'd need to be rocking 522W. He's, umm... Fast.

Anyone else wish we could get data like this for Indurain? I know we can extrapolate, but the real targets or data would be cool.

Hey I only rock 4.1 W/kg, so you're doing better than me. :)

I'm at a whopping 3.7 W/kg. Once I lose the rest of my weight I will only be at 3.9 W/kg. :(

I'm interested in knowing by what amount his power production fluctuates between TT, drops, and climbing positions.

+1.

I always like knowing the pro's power. I'm not sure why.

Allegedly (approximately) LA's output.

Humiliation? Self-flagellation?

I think mine is around 2w/kg. Seriously.
