the biggest one you can comfortably push for the duration?
there are so many variables it's really impossible to give any other answer. length of the track, indoor/outdoor, length of the tt, your preferred cadence etc etc.
over 3000-4000m on a fast 250m track i'm comfortable on about 102, but i tend to spin quite quickly.
