Saturday July 12, 2008.

Sorry for the confusion. I contacted the event director and here is his response...

We will have a 9:30 start at the Rec Center (Police escort pending). All
registration information will be available on April 1 including online and
paper-based sign-ups. I'll try to rearrange things on the website to make
this info more visible.
