I've been using a well laid out training log at http://www.ironcoach.com/
Its by far the easiest to use of all the ones out there!
I like that it totals up my miles for me, both on a weekly and yearly basis. Its also very customizable, as I can enter in my own workout types AND track my workouts in different units (english or metric) with no hassle!
Cheers,

I had a (brief) look at the site. It appears as though it may be a useful one. I'm with Fubar, I hope the guy posts more than just his URL.

I developed one a few years ago because nothing I could find met my needs. You can download a copy free at:

While we're at sharing our logs, I'm currently using: THIS ONE (http://www.BikeProLog.com)
It's not too bad, just something to keep me updated until my coach gets the ones he wants us to use set up.
