I have a Red Line 340 whats the easiest way to make it lighter and faster? any good ideas ?

Quit eating McDonald's food and pedal faster!!!

Just kidding. Best place to lose weight on your bike is the wheels AND tires. Probably the best upgrade you can make. After that, swap out the cranks for aluminum 3-piece, then get rid of the stock seatpost. If you still have money left to spend get some chi-chi carbon forks. Answer makes some killer ones!!!
