Sweet and sexy. Is she TI?
What kind of accessories is she wearing? Please include a list. Shoes? (TIres) Legs? (forks) ...etc.
I was going to harrass you for the missing chain (necklace) but you already mentioned it.
BTW how do you like your wheels? I've heard complaints that
the ride is rough with em.

happy trails Rich!
If she only had a chain...Then you'd really be gettin' somewhere!!
22-23 lb!!! You were goin' for light!!
All you lucky suckers, with your money, and your nice kona bikes. Got so much money its probly comin out the back of that bike every time you ride it. Well, the bikes beautiful, simply beautiful. My trek is hiding in the shadows at the glory of that thing. what i would do to kiss the tires of that baby. But all it is is lust if i cant ride it. But hell, you can so tell me all about it. Sorry about the "lucky suckers with so much money" thing. Just blowin off steam. besides i was about to say a lot of worse things but i stopped myself. Good luck with her, really.

those are some kickass wheels. Would be better if you could put disks on them.
Hi Runge and skaz 82! :)
Yeah, I guess that's the only thing with Katie, she has no disk brakes, but I quite like V brakes, so not so bothered.
I've recently put some slicks on her, and given her a facelift with some new stickers **pictures coming soon**.
She's been the bike of my dreams...waiting 10 years for her to come along....I am one lucky dude!!!
Ride easy out there!

She's a beauty Rich! One question though. How come the slicks? Did you not like the Wildgrippers? They look pretty new from the pics. Haven't ever tried the Wildgrippers myself, just curious. Really nice ride you have there.
Hey Johnny B!!!
I put the slicks on because they're much faster than the Wildgrippers, and aswell, I don't want to wear them out too much...
It's quite surprising how quick they are...give them a go! :)
Rich
What would it take to bust them wheels?
I've wanted a set for a while, but wondering just how much abuse they can take.
Hi Seer,
I've had them for a while now (1998) doing mostly cross country and a bit of trials and jumps etc..haven't needed to change the bearings or anything.
I haven't seen many of these around, but have seen a few guys riding the Spinergy wheels.
I'm impressed, and don't suffer from taccoed wheels anymore! *touch wood*
Rich
I did a little more research, there's lots of mixed results with them. Some say they're bullet proof, others say they crack easy. I also saw a lot of comments that they were heavy, but did improve the ride. Lastly though, it seems the company is no longer in business.
I haven't really looked into many other options, most of my bike is all stock anyway. The annoying thing has always been ending a ride with the brakes grabbing each turn of the wheel.
