I have a Santana Vision and it currently has 26x1.4 tires on it and I'am considering going smaller size. I do basically club rides and don't carry alot of gear. What size in a 26" is comparible to say a 700x23 or 25 but in a 26"? and also what does everyone suggest ?.

Try 1 & 1/8 inch approximately 28mm or 1 inch about 25mm. I don't know how easy they are to find.

Thank you for the reply this is the basic info I was looking for. I can get some 26x1 or 26x 1.3. I currently have 26x1.4 and want something a little faster and easier rolling without going to small

Yes I was thinking about the Specialized 26x1 foldable slick. Do you think this would be a decent choice since theres not a lot of choices available

We have used both Schwalbe Stelvio 26x1.1" Folding Bead (28-559, 115 max. psi, 250 grams)
and Continental Ultra Gatorskin - 26 x 1-1/8 350 grams 115 max. psi both very durable tires.
We have the Schwalbe Stelvio's on now they are tough tires so far no flats or cuts at all in the rubber.
