If you aren't doing anything tonight at 7 or 9pm, hop over to UCLA's Schoenberg hall (music building) for the choir's winter concert! We'll be doing the set of music we'll perform over in China for our spring break tour, which includes folk songs, negro spirituals, swing and jazz songs, and a special Chinese song. Tix are $7 (I think...not more than $10 anyway), so not only is it going to be fun, it's going to be cheap!!! :D

Sounds nice. I'll see if my wife wants to go if she gets home on time tonight. Will we be able to recognize you there or just post up here if we make it?

Haha, dunno if you guys will recognize me onstage...we're gonna be a 200-odd person choir
Well, if you see me around, definitely say hi! I'll probably look like this (I'm the on the right):

Super busy for the next two weeks. :( Although if your choir will be performing again, I would love to hear it.

Wow, that's a large choir!
That's awesome! UNfortunately I am down in San Diego. There is nothing like singing in a 200+ person choir. I sang tenor with the Point Loma Nazarene University choir for their performances of the Messiah for a few years. It was simply incredible. My daughter was trying to get me to join the choir for the spring concert this year (I think they are doing Bach' "Magnificat"), but the concert is the same day of race (La Jolla Half Marathon) that I already signed up for...
