a sponsorship really bad. I race XC and I want to get on a local team, so that they can help during races and training. I also would like some discounts on bikes/bike stuff because im a High School student that doesnt have much money.

If you guys are on a team in socal and would like/need an extra teammate please let me know!

Look at your local bike shops. They normaly will except anyone who is willing to wear there name out on the race track and anywheres else.

You road the VQ and there were a lot of sponsored riders there, did you not talk to any of them? Also, you are close (closer then I am) to "The Path" bike shop and they sponsor a lot of riders, why not talk with them?

You are also close to Fontana, head on over there for a race or two, there is a big National there soon as well, and speak with the folks at the booths, ask all the other racers you see with sponsored jerseys on and ask over as socaltrailrider.org, I have seen ya post there and a lot of "The Path" team posts there as well as some "No Brakes" and a few Pros and semi-pros as well.

How do you know I did the VQ? Would I have to bring a resume to "the path" bike shop for a sponsorshop?

thank you!

Because you post on STR as well. dirtbikedude aka DBD :D

Over on STR pm "ThePhat" or any of ThePath riders (there are a lot) You could also call the shop or stop by and ask them what they require, they are good people and very friendly.
