What pedals do you ride on the track? Clips and straps or clipless? What kind of either?

I don't ride track but almost everyone I've seen at
the Frisco Velodrome are using clips and straps.

last season i rode a pair of cheap SPD pedals because they were all i had. i'm tempted to try clips/straps (double straps maybe?) next season just to see how they work out, but i'm not sure i'll have my new bike by then.

first few races I used Looks. Once I moved to Colorado I was using Speedplays so I switched over on the track bike. I've never had an issue pulling out though, on road or track.
