Hey cycling friends! So some of you know my bum knee plight and my near giving-up of cycling, but good news- I've been doing acupuncture for the last 6 weeks and I feel like a new person. I've been riding for the last 3 weeks and feel great on the bike, so if all things go well I'm hoping to be ready for some group rides in a few months. See you all on the road :D

I've had 6 now. The first 2 didn't do much, but I feel better for longer after every treatment now. Highly recommended :)

Thanks for the warm welcome guys and gals. I'm thinking I'll be up for some group rides soon since I've stayed in pretty decent shape by swimming everyday. Until then, I'll be riding Back Bay a few times a week so if anyone does that ride during the week hit me up :)
