Wow, I want what you've been taking! From Christmas to today and you go out for 25? And on the Clyde forum there was a guy wondering if he could ride after stents (I've had two of them since 2001, replaced in 2005), and some were giving him an awful earful of "You'd better take it easy." Needless to say, I disagree. Good on ya!

Given the alternative, I'll say congratulations on the new plumbing.

Double congratulations on the mileage. Ride on!

Why take it easy?- You do that when you'r past it. The "Wonders" of Modern medicine are keeping some of us going well past the time when we shouldn't.

Now if it was something serious like "Man Flu"- then I would suggest taking time over the recovery- but just in case- Take it easy for a little while to let your body catch up to the reconditioned plumbing.
