I'm Irish and I hate St. Patrick's Day. Just an excuse for a bunch of people to drink themselves silly. I heard on the news today, people are already packing the Irish bars all over southern CA.

My wife calls it Amatuer day. A day for those who don't normally get plastered to get plastered. She used to work in an Irish pub. She hates this day too.

Well, that I love. But my dad makes the world's best Corn Beef & Potatoes, and he doesn't need St. Patrick's Day as an excuse to make it. My mouth waters just thinking about it. My sister and I loved that growing up.

Ugh ... I hate St. Paddy's day. I live right near Main St. in Seal Beach, and if I don't get home around lunch today, I will not be able to find parking anywhere near my apartment today. Personally I hate this day. Bunch of drunk a-holes running around the neighborhood.
