I saw an aftermarket hitch that allowed two recumbent trikes to be hooked together in line.

Where do I find this?

Will it work for a trike and bike combo?

The places that make the (delta) trikes make their own hitches, I've never seen a "universal" model anywhere. Hase and Lightfoot make their own, and I think you can get them for the Sun delta too.

Here is another company that makes one for the Sun trikes, it says it can't be used with bicycles either way:

Probably not, because there's nowhere to attach it on a bike, and the hitch wouldn't be strong enough to hold a bicycle upright (if pulled by a trike).

I have a Hase Kettweisel and it is an option to purchase. I purchased my Kett with the hitch.

Thanks for you input!

The trike in question is a Sun... They state on the website that you can't tow a bike... bummer!
