What do I want for lunch today?

Bear in mind that I ate poorly over the week end, skipped breakfast due to oversleeping and have some really ATTROCIOUS intestinal gassiness that I think is attributable to my week end diet, which contained lots of beef jerky.

Just finished a Turkey and Bacon Pannini followed by a 1/2 banana.
It was quite good. You should probably have a salad after your weekend though.
