When measuring for a new headset, do I measure the diamiter from the frame or from my existing headset?
Looking at getting a Chris King and they have three different sizes ...

But to helpful, you get the biggest size, and then use a headset press to squeeze it in.
Buy a spare headset, too.

Measure the outside diameter of your fork steerer.
