Yes .. they are used an ''invisible'' bear to help make us aware of the ''invisible'' bicyclists..

okay... so. If by 'brilliant' you really meant; ''they should be fired'' - then yes, you have helped once again ensure that we all are made aware of the really (not so) obvious.

i did see the "bear", not at first but after a few seconds.. but i did not think it was a bear.. it looked like the grim reaper to me ehhe.. i watched it again and i guess it could be a bear.. looks more like death tho ;)
