will i have any issues with this setup, 700cc rear 27" front. The bicycle originally came with 27" i am converting to fixed and just ordered a rear wheel and i havent gotten a new front wheel yet. Will i have any issues with these 2 wheels sizes and what is the difference in the 2 i couldnt find any kind og calculator to convert them.

I do it, and have not noticed any problems. I assume you are keeping the 27" on the front due to brake reach (that's why I did it). You should be fine.

Basicaly the front end of the bike will be 4mm higher (now if you can notice that small a difference I'll be impressed :) .
