General Cycling Discussion - Targeted...

Well, looks like my time finally came yesterday; while out on a ride, two rednecks yelled and threw a beer can at me from a speeding truck. They hit the bike (and not the rider), and although no damage was done, it was still irritating. Morons didn't have a license plate on the rear of the vehicle, so I couldn't get the plate number.

Rather a pity I didn't even have as much as a pocketknife on me. Grr.

Is this a regular route? Have you seen them before? If so,perhaps you could figure out how to get more info about them!!

I still would report this to the police, you never know maybe you are not alone up there with that complain.

I've often said that the redneck motoring primate is a lesser species than the human being. This is yet another thing that proves it. It's a shame you didn't get a # off them, because they are scum and deserve to pay.

The salad sandwiches I ate for lunch yesterday were smarter than the average redneck. :mad:
