Bmx Help

Right i have got a bmx and i have decided to do it as a project but i was wondering what size wheels i need because im not sure what the originals are. The bmx was a vibe chill (cheap from halfords) I am also buying other parts for it from the local bmx shop but the seats are £20 is that the usual price for a seat?

Also what wheels would people suggest for a price below £30 (front + rear) i sound stupid but i have never done this before.
