One of my bikes is made of this tubing, some of it oversized. Seems a little stiffer ride than my other steel road bike and a bit lighter but I don't know how much of either of those qualities of my bikes are the related to other things such as aluminum fork vs. steel fork, weight of different components, wheels, etc. How good is OXRCX?

OXRCX is a nice middle of the road tubeset. Medium thick tubes similar to Columbus Zona or Dedacciai Com12.5/ZeroUno. There are lighter tubesets but lighter means more flexible unless the diameter is increased and when the tubes get super thin, they get fragile.
Enjoy your bike.
