Hello I'm going to buy an Xtra, but I never saw one, if I buy it, it's going to be the first italian Xtra

How the snapdeck is attached to the unit? Is it safe to bolt a child seat to the snapdeck?

It snaps in and is held by pressure. You would be best to attach to the bike frame first- with a Peapod. If you do attach to the Xtracycle, strap it to the H-racks.
