Yep. These last two weeks of my life have officially been wrenched from the crapper. I've gone from having my room, clothes in the attic and all my many bicycle possessions be turned upside down as it was searched - sorry not searched - let's call it DESTROYED in a drug raid, yep complete with 10 cops and a nice battering ram that blasted the front doors and frames apart (roommate's son evidently was thought to still live there and store his stuff there) to bike flats to being sick to last night's horrible crappy meal - of which I'm taking one portion of it back to the restaurant tonite.

Downright, crummy bad black effin mood.

Oh yeah, and I was an hour late today because I slept thru all THREE of my alarms cause I was woken up by roommate around 2 am cause she was complaining (to herself) about the fact that her boyfriend (my main roommate) wasn't home and I gave her the dissertation of her life on how they need to get their lives together and get a regular daytime job and not sleep all day and ...

well ...

she took great pleasure when she laughed and yelled into me at 8:02 am this morning "Thought you were going to work today".

Yep. Great day.

And here I ran around the house last night and smudged the hell out of it with my cedar/sage schmoke bomb in my caldron - all the while muttering things under my breath while I also did the perimeter of the property trying to blast out the bad things and negativities that have been raining on the house for 2 weeks.

heh. Even my wiccan stuff has forsaken me. :(

Guess I need to do it again tonight.

ANYWAYS. You got stuff to spew?

Toss it right here where it belongs so then it can all be royally flushed.

the more i think about it the more pissed i get .

my girl and i broke up while i was in cali.

there is her version of the the story
what happened

AND WHAT REALLY HAPPENED
apparently while i was going she was already telling people she was single and running around doing god knows what while the whole time giving me grief about being untrust worthy.

it would be one thing, but several people have come up to me without me asking to tell me this. including several people i really trust. they have also been asking me about her behavior which has had the desperate tinge to it.

but now she is telling people i want to get back with her

but this was the last email i sent

the reason i asked about the text was because i was curious as to why you would text me. even more so after insulting sarah for calling me.

after speaking with Patricia I have no intention of getting back with you maybe my question was misquoted.

but you do understand I would not be leaving town if i wanted to get back with you. my main reason for staying as long as i did was because of you, and well, you ****ed that up.

now everytime i have been out this week. several people have asked me about your behavior from the past week or so. desperate is not sexy at all. Thats a bit unappealing so no. i dont want to follow up. I wasn;t going to say anything. but when someone came up to me and said " i got the impression from her you broke up weeks ago" it only leads me to think what have you really been up. so once again none for me.

hopefully that doesnt read like lets get back together
the more i think about it the more pissed i get. luckily I am moving to a new city tonight. new friends and new opportunities

hmmmmm, perhaps it started with the drug raid ..... just glad I was at work otherwise I would have been handcuffed (and let go after search ended).

GROWL!

oh, mood enhancers. Hmmmm - <looks at pile of CD's> Nirvana, Seether, Korn ... and some celtic stuff. FINE, celtic it is.

I think any day that features a wrong-headed police raid with battering ram can be legally classified as crappy. And c0urt, that just sounds awful... I just don't understand how people can do these things...

A friend of mine was having a terrible day today too, but it was hard to do much to help :(. I'm not feeling all that useful right now... but I'm not in a bad mood, nor am I having a crappy day (have just doomed myself, I know...).

I wish I could invite all of you to my concert tomorrow night. The choir is sounding fantastic, and the music is just beautiful. It would certainly help soothe some of the unpleasantness.

Free couch space to any Foosters having bad days who can be in Shanghai by 5:00pm Saturday ;)

The thing that keeps me pretty depressed week after week I can't even share...

But in a nutshell, I moved across the country from the cycling heaven of California to the arm pit of the country to be nearer to my sweetheart while she hasn't moved an inch, and in her mind I am the one not showing any commitment to the relationship.

I have only been in love with her for 35 years...

OK, my griping is low-grade in comparison, but it's still got me in a foul mood.

I've only slept about 3 broken hours a night since Monday. Back at the end of January my fiancee fell when getting into her car. Her 'good' leg gave out on her (the 'bad' one is the one that was nearly destroyed in a car accident 10 years ago.) Turns out that the 'good' leg, through overcompensation, is suffering some damage at the knee. The nerve feedback just turned things off to remove pressure from the knee (damaged meniscus, bone spurs, osteo-arthritis) and she had all her weight on it at the time, so she fell.
Her surgery went really well, and I'm pleased with the doctor's analysis: Minor meniscus portion removal, no lateral-release work (which was a consideration) but a full removal of the torn cartilage on the weight bearing surface of the tibia. This means an 8 week recovery instead of 2 weeks before she's allowed to put weight on the straightened knee.
Anyhow, it's a more painful recovery than planned, and she can't walk around much this week w/o any help. I'm that help, so I haven't been getting any sleep. It's a conflicting bad mood, because I love her and I don't like seeing her in pain... but at the same time I really need to get some sleep.

I'm only here for another couple of months - have been looking for another house. Have had a lot of crap happen to me since house was sold in Sept ... <sniff> did I re-mention the fact the roommates nasty cat slunk in and hid in my room so it was locked in while I was at work and it killed 4 of my awesome crowned bettas? :(

People come into the warehouse all of the time in nasty moods. They complain about the cost of product (gas prices are rising and so is the cost of transport DUH) and demand that since they have been long time purchasers they want me to give them the same prices I gave them last month. Don't people realize that produce is SEASONAL???? And if they want peaches in winter it comes from Chile???

Anyway, I chalk it up to their ignorance and just smile and try to give them what they want without me losing too much.

After a while they begin to understand.

I'm sorry this had to happen to you, Tude. I'm sure the room mate whose son was the target feels bad for that.

Right now is a good time to start fresh. Clean up, get all of your stuff back to the way it was and erase all evidence of that lousy night. Take a deep breath, eat something good and get some rest.

Today is a new day. :)

Argh...that would be enough to send me back into a depression. I have discovered I absolutely have to get out for some exercise every day, or I just can't keep my serotonin levels high enough :( .

So, it's not really selfish--trust me, it's just as unhealthy for you as it would be for me.

Tude: go for a hike and get some damned sun! You're trying to cleanse bad energy with more bad energy...silly!
c0urt: good luck with your STD test and your move!
Clifton: remember Scott Morrison's (I think that was his name) wife's issues? You need to take care of yourself to take care of her. Talk to her, she'll probably understand.
Little Darwin: that sucks. I've no advice for you at the moment.

Me? I was supposed to be out at a local waterfall for a photoshoot...model cancelled last night, though. After getting over a cold (which I never, ever get), having too little money, and what not all week, I've had about 5 days of creative energy and ideas bubbling and and ready to be put to use. I'm physically aching from not being able to get them out yet.

There's a ton of other, larger things, but I don't feel like getting into them.

Got dumped a couple weeks ago. I am still stupid about her. I just said "Ok" when she said that she couldn't accept my valentine's gift and walked away after 7 months together. I was pretty shocked that she just wanted to call it quits, it doesn't help when all your friends tell you that a breakup like that never happens without reason and that there has to be another guy...

We hung out a couple nights ago and had a couple drinks, I really want to try to patch things up, but realize that things will probably just end badly and it is better to move on.

Think about this crap all the time now. I need to let go. I need to let go. I need to let go.

Luckily my new helmet cam, brake levers, and a ton of motorcycle parts are in the mail so I will have tons of fun stuff to work on in a couple days.

I never do not have a place to sleep.

I never am cold except when I'm too lazy to put on pants.

I never don't have something pleasureful to do, aka cycling or seeing my GF.

I never feel bad unless I allow myself too.

I never have a lack of new things at my disposal to try and/or do.

My bad mood started on Tuesday:

Tue: Left my best friend for good; I caught her in another lie. So I cancelled her cellphone (I don't mind the $200 cancellation fee) and put her out of my life completely. She still owes me about $1000, but I'm just gonna cut my losses.
Wed: No work. Slept all day.
Thur: Work, eat, sleep.
Fri: Drank half a bottle of vodka. Tried contacting old friends. No one responded. Cried myself to sleep.
Sat: Sleep. Watched "He Was a Quiet Man"...good movie.

Saturday was nice and I got in a quick 40 miler to keep myself sane.
The girl is back to work this week (which is excellent, because it means her knee has healed enough that she's confident to walk a little way on it :) ) But that also means that I'm still driving this week because she can't take care of some usual things (like getting the dog set up in the crate) before leaving for work.
At least I can get in some miles after work, though. It's cold and raining most of this week, but I don't mind that. I'm used to it from commuting all winter. I won't kvetch about the weather until I finish my new track wheel. Then I'll complain that the track (Group Health Velodrome, Redmond, WA) is soaking wet. It's always gotta be something...
