So I went to this Korean Tofu house and tried one of the Tofu Bowls. Delicious! I want to make it at home, but can't seem to find any recipes. Can anyone help out? I guess I need a clay pot for it, correct?
Thanks.

Tofu is pretty tasteless stuff. If the dish was delicious which I'm not doubting then the flavor is coming from somewhere else. My guess is that the flavor is coming from a special chicken stock or beef stock. With authentic asian tofu cuisine there are no rules that say it has to be vegan or vegetarian even.
Here's a 'guess' recipe. Saute some onion and ginger in some fat. I would use beef fat. Add a little salt and when soft add some chopped tofu and asian greens and stir. When the tofu is browned a little I would add some chicken stock and simmer until done. You could add some fresh coriander at the end.

Oh, snap. That little video clip is making my hungry for my favorite little Korean tofu house on Telegraph in Oakland. Now I'm not going to be able to sleep at night until I make it out there.

Well I finally got around to cooking it myself. Found this recipe (http://books.google.com/books?id=3V56Tiha1ggC&pg=PA140&lpg=PA140&dq=korean+tofu+hot+pot+recipe&source=web&ots=6zDhQ5kdL-&sig=65KDYmTx_Ze7XQMduCYyTUgEzYw&hl=en#PPA140,M1)
Didn't turn out too bad. Although I didn't spice it enough. Should have added more chillie flakes.
