Introductions - Greeting from Grand Rapids, Michigan

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I bought a Serotta Ottrott just a few weeks before RAGBRAI last year...I got an incredible deal on it because the custom paint job was not very attractive. So now, I am trying to find someone locally to strip the paint off the ti and buff....the carbon will have to be stripped and re-painted from what I understand...I think Dr D-something may receive a post from me:)

The good Doctor! He is currently without a computer, but he is quite happy to answer questions.
That would be Dr.Deltron, by the way :D . We do have some threads going in C & V about stripping paint from carbon, too.
