San Diego Bike Rentals

Hi all,

I will be in SD for a conference in april (11-16). Can anyone suggest a shop where I can rent a bike? It doesn't have to be anything too fancy. Just a reasonably priced road bike. I will be in the downtown/gaslamp area.

Also, suggestions for shortish rides (1-4h) would be really appreciated.

The closest road bike rental to where you will be is Bike Tours San Diego (http://www.bike-tours.com/). There are others in town, but none will be as easy to get to.

There is "Ride for Aids that weekend-50,25, and 10mi ride that you might want to consider across from airport. web site is www.ride4aids.net
