Anyone here ever commute to East Chicago Indiana? I Live in Highalnd, about 5 miles south, and just got a job at the hospital! My wife is freaking out that I want to commute during the summer.... It is kinda of a tough neighborhood, but I don't think it's any worse than Hammond when I commuted back and forth to PUC last summer... Just looking for some "Yeah, I rode around there for 5 years, never had a problem" and some such.
