Welcome. It would be helpful if you listed the Ti touring bikes that you've considered, then folks could give you feedback. You might also post your question over the "touring" forum.
Personally, the only non-custom Ti frame I can think of off the top of my head is Moots' MooTour.

Hi Toolguy, yes, it's best to ask in the Touring forum. You can ask me about steel touring bikes, but Ti is not part of my knowledge base :) .
