Dimension double straps for under $30 (http://www.bikemannetwork.com/biking/p/TS1115)
Good double straps are TOO expensive IMO
Either that or you're just paying a lot for them. I would be inclined to give those a try at that price.
don't get these

My housemate got some Dimension single straps that just didn't work. The clips on the straps (not the toeclips) couldn't hold the straps tight enough to do anything. If you pulled on the strap, it would slip right out of the clip. He took them back to the shop and showed them, where they promptly refunded his money. Unless the double straps are designed radically differently, I would stay away.
my issue is that the clamps are only held by a single bolt, which means it pivots
also, the fact that started delaminating at the end within the first week, and then within 2 weeks one of the synthetic layers broke at the pedal hole, so now i've basically just got layer of synthetic and then layer of plastic left
worst $8 ever spent

**** x 2 = ****
i have the single straps and they've been fine for me. however i'm not brakeless at the moment so take that for what it's worth.
