so, the last time it rained here my apartment flooded enough to get most of the carpet wet. maintenance came out and fixed it and stuff, but there's a spot or two that stinks now. i don't want to tell the about it because i'm tired of moving my crap around. is there anything that will fix this and doesn't involve having my carpet shampooed and me having to move all my crap again? it's just a little spot...

Try Resolve carpet cleaner.

I use it for random spots when someone spills something. But out of the formulas they have I keep the one for pets in the closet. It's the same thing (but in a white bottle) and it kills and neutralizes whatever causes a smell.

My sick puppy had an accident and regular cleaning did not get it all. I tried Resolve and I don't think anything works better. I know it's for pets but it gets the smell and whatever is causing it.
