Hey Gang.
I'll be in Bay Area for a few days next week (I miss my Moms Russian cooking too much :D ), anyway anyone want to do a couple hour spin in the morning? Something flat, just to open up the legs for weekend of racing.

I live in San Ramon, and might have the day free. Keep us updated.

If you just want a couple of hours on flat, down San Ramon Valley Blvd and back would do it. It's not "flat" flat, but nothing around here is. And I know where all the Starbucks/Peet's coffee shops are. :)

Well I was planning on leaving around 8 am +/- 30 min for a 2hour z1 spin with 3-4 sprints to get the blood flowing.
