Sounds massive. I'll be there to regulate the crook dustbin in case he tries to show his face again.

What is the general route going to be, and what kind of turn out is expected? I'm intrigued.

last month there were over 100 people, the route is 12 miles around costa mesa and a little bit of santa ana (south coast plaza area).

Sounds very fan-tastic...it's just a little too far...(for me).

Have a fun and safe ride.

On these rides, do people carry locks? Are you off the bike for extended periods?

nah. we are making a stop at a park tonight, but we don't make long stops where we are away from our bikes for a while. i don't think many people lock up their bikes at the end, everyone just leans theirs against each other's. i almost always carry a lock anyway.

also, we will have uniformed CMPD riding with us tonight. bikes, not motorcycles.
