Hi all,

Can anybody tell me what rack is on this bike? I've been looking all over for it and can't seem to identify it or where to buy it.

Thanks

It's not really a rack, it's a saddle bag support, like the Rivendell hupe (http://www.rivbike.com/products/list/bags_and_racks?page=2#product=none) or this rig that VO sells: http://www.velo-orange.com/visabagsu.html

I'm sure there are others out there

It's not quite the same, but Nitto makes a small rack, the R10, that comes with clamps for the seatstays so you could carry more weight. My friend has one and it's pretty nice, but pricey.

The Nitto would be much better for carrying an actual load. I wouldn't put to much on the bag support in the OP.

yeah, i realize that i wouldn't be able to carry much, but my daily needs include a lunch, small notebook and a few pens... for that, i think the bag support should hold, no? i much prefer the look of the bag support over a rack... worst case, i'll just throw everything into my bag and keep my bike rack-free.
