Well, I am brand new here, and have been reading over posts... and I have a few questions about 'bents... I use a crappy WallyMart MTB to commute to and from work, and it is NOT fun. I mean, it isn't HELL, but it could be better. I have been looking at recumbents for a while, and I think I want a trike. simply cause they look cool (I know looks shouldn't be that important, but for me, they are... call me vain). If I was to go with a bent cycle, it would prolly be USS, since again, they look better to me. But, back to my original question.... What should I look for in a trike? I plan on using it to commute about 5-7 miles one way to work, and possibly long-range rides on the weekends (been reading a lot of journals from www.crazyguyonabike.com). The one I have in mind so far is the Catrike 700. It seems to be a decent model, and was wondering if anyone had any input on it? thanks! :D
