The 5th annual QuadruPedal Century will run on May 4th 2008 from Dodgeville Middle School in Dodgeville, WI.
100% of the proceeds go to support the Iowa County Humane Society, a no-kill animal shelter.
This ride will bring out 300+ spring riders for hilly routes of 35, 55, 85 or 100 miles.
Fully supported. Five rest stops. Post ride meal. Showers. T-shirts.
What more could you want?

Good luck raising the $$$ for the ICHS, Stewart!

At one point it was on my tentative list. May still be. Wouldn't mind getting some more hill work before the HHH.
Mrs. JT1 and I are probably in.

My wife and I did this ride a couple years ago and we had a great time! Yet another chance to ride the hilly roads west of Madison!

"some more hill work" ???
The HHH will be a breeze after you ride the roads around Dodgeville.

Then I'll ride the 200K for the HHH instead of the 100K.:D
looks like I'll be driving up there alone this year so I can't drink afterwards and that was the main reason to do the 100K instead of the 200K.

For me it's an either/or situation: either this, or New Glarus on 4/27.
I've currently got New Glarus on my calendar, but if something comes up and I miss that, I will aim to do this.

I should have a ton of promo posters for this and the Dairyland Dare next week. If anyone is willing to hang a few up for me, I'd be happy to send some your way. Just drop me a note to stewart.schilling@dairylanddare.com with your address.
Thanks,

I am fairly sure I will be doing this ride. Is the route map or cue sheet available anywhere online? I would like to get it loaded onto my Edge 305 before the ride date.
Thanks
What distance do you plan to do? I've got the route & cue sheets, but not electronically. Here's my my motionbased route last year for the 100 mile:

If you intend to do a shorter distance, I can map the course and send you the link. The route hasn't changed in the last two years, but sschilli can tell us for sure if the route will be the same, since he's in charge of the event.

The 100 miler will change this year. We are dropping the inner loops (lakeview, nelson, sneed creek) & (zz, weaver, upper wyoming, dyerson). The 100 will follow the exact route as the 85 miler until the intersection of Z and ZZ. At that point, the 100 will go east on ZZ to Y. South on Y to YZ. West on YZ to Z. North on Z back to ZZ. We will have a water stop at Z & ZZ so that you can fill up before and after doing the add-on loop.

Scchilli:
If you could just post a cue sheet or map of the routes, I can create my own file. Maybe email me the cue sheet? Is the info somewhere online? I looked at the website and didn't find anything. I don't know what the 85 mile route is so that info won't help me either.

Here's last year's route and cue. The 35, 55, and 85 are the same. See above for the changes to the 100.

I'm expecting an updated map and cue for this year. I'll post it when I get it.
