I've been on the SoCal forum for just under one month and have met so many great people, made some biking friends, gone on some real fun rides, and gotten great info. Thanks to everyone for building such a great community.

I've been on forums where there are a few people similar or worse than your description. It's always funny to watch these "forum-instigators" get off on their superiority complex. They typically are only brave when behind their desktop monitor and keyboard. ;)

what's great about the local forums is that you actually meet and know many of the people on the board which definitely changes the dynamic of the board. there is less of bullying from behind the keyboard as you might actually run into the person on day on a ride.

I've decided to embrace that perception of me using it for my own benefit and thus decided Ovo is NOT a troll. I've met him and he's actually a nice man (a view I've heard from many others who've met and ridden with him). You've met him. Do you think he's a troll?
